Addy went missing. No one else wants to take the case because it's a lost cause with no leads or suspects. When 22-year-old new detective Ellie Stowe is put on the case, she has a lot more problems than she plans.

Ellie's investigation leads her to Addy's dedicated best friend Jon, who wants nothing more than to find the missing girl. He gets more than he wished for when he finds himself caring more about Ellie than the case.
