Aspen Decker is an orphan who has finally saved up enough money to travel to Italy on a school trip with her boyfriend until her boyfriend cancels last minute and she's stranded going alone. She sends him away on a trip to Italy in an attempt to discipline him. After an older stoic man shows up and asks for their help saving a fallen kingdom, they both must make the decision whether or not to leap into what may be a life-ending adventure.
