Recently, renowned astronomer Harry Coumnas came up with a number of compelling reasons explaining why he thinks that there might be life on other planets. According to him, one of these reasons is the presence of extremophiles on Earth. Apart from the presence of extremophiles on Earth, there is one more compelling reason that indicates the possibility of life on other planets of our solar system and that is the presence of lakes and oceans on them. Harry Coumnas believes that just the way life on Earth evolved in the ocean, it might also originate the same way on other planets.
