They're like her, she realises. The anomalies. The kids society won't save. The messed up. The fuck-ups.
They're just sad kids, who put all of their hope in the fact that putting their headphones in makes them feel like they're not alone.
For someone who's never fit in, she finds solace among the souls of these four rough-edged kids.
Lucifer finds herself begrudgingly wanting to save them.
This is the story of becoming a hero the hard way.
