Hayley grew up in a Foster Home. She always wanted to have a family to call her own, but as the years past, no one wanted her, until she was an adult, with still no one to call family. At the age of twenty-four, she is now a profiler for the F.B.I. She deals with special, unique cases that regular cops are not trained for. She is putting her life in danger every time she takes on a new case. Her cases result from dangerous kidnapping's to serial killers. She comes home to an empty apartment almost everyday. She has a boyfriend, Dalton, but he's never really around; he's always away on business. Always so distant. But she loves him. At least, she thinks she does. She never really let's anyone in because she figures, if she never let's anyone in, her heart can never be broken. That is, until, one day, her F.B.I. partner becomes the one and only, Ross Lynch. Will anything happen between them or will Hayley forever keep her heart locked up?
