This is my first fanfic so please stay with me on this


(this takes place 1 year after season 2) 
After Daniel was finished with his treatment at the hospital he no longer wanted to be part of the "cult" he was in. He started  therapy and by the beginning of summer he was ready to make amends. The first person that came to mind was David, Daniel then decideds to make it up to David in some way. Before he can think of a plan he was outside the counsellors cabin.

Will David and the other campers forgive Daniel or will they secretly plot against him? And will Daniel ever tell David the real reason he came back?

David tried not to remember the horrible things that the kids had claimed Daniel had done. That being said, instead of leaving things off the way they had ended with Daniel going to the hospital, David made sure to write him nearly every day, occassionally sending flowers as well. When he found out his letter's were no longer being sent, he got worried. He wanted to help Daniel, and maybe the letters were doing just that. But how was he supposed to do that when he didn't even know where Danial was? But before David has too much time to worry, a certain someone shows up at the camp. And let's just say... David finds himself a bit more tangled up with the blonde haired letter reciever than he ever thought he would be.

David is absent from Camp Campbell for the week due to personal reasons, leaving Gwen as the only counselor to look after the kids. Things take a turn for the worst when something happens to Max during a rock climbing activity. I'm a new Camp Camp fan, with different opinions compared to a chunk of the fandom. But if there's one thing I do agree with in the fandom (at least with most people who have a brain), it's that ANY shipping of a child and adult is fucking gross and whoever ships MaxGwen\Maxvid or whatever deserves a fate worse than death.
