Ninjago and Ninjago movie crossover

not just any normal crossover, there's a storyline. The ninja wake up in the Ninjago movie universe and have no memory of season 8 but they still look like themselves in season 8. How did they get there? Or who got them there?

Don't ask why I chose season 8, that's because It's my favorite season.
