Carson Walker is the quiet kid at school. He wasn't always quiet, but after a certain accident resulting in his parents death, he wouldn't talk. And when he did it wasn't very nice. But he had his Aunt and Uncle who loved him, and the guitar Carson's father gave him before the accident. He never needed, or more particularly wanted any friends. Ever. That is, until the new kid at school decides to start being friendly with him. Insert, Trey Fitzgerald, The new kid who automatically fits in. He's funny, cute, and a jock. Everyone loves and adores him imidiately. Except the kid he bumped into on the first day of school. Now, Trey was determined to get Carson's attention. And his adoration.

"Levon." Todd answered, voice hard. "Todd." Levon responded just as coolly. There was a pause. "Are you busy?" "I just got back from class," Todd said. "Waiting for Betto to get out of his lab so we can go for supper." "Nice." Levon wanted to punch himself. Todd just hummed in affirmation. Another pause as Levon tried to find a way to dispel the tension in the call. "Are you good?" Todd asked when Levon failed to form a sentence, and Levon realized how out of character it was for him to call Todd. There a was a layer of concern just under Todd's indifferent tone, and the protectiveness that seemed ever present in Todd when they were younger and Todd was always saving Levon from his problems. Levon's anger seemed to melt away at that familiar sense of security. "I'm good," Levon spoke finally and a soft smile spread over his lips. "Are you good?" "I'm good," Todd said gruffly. "Are we good?" Levon asked and Todd scoffed. "What we. There is no we. We're not friends." "Wouldn't want you as a friend anyway," Levon snickered. "You're kind of an asshole." Seventeen years old Sam Adams doesn't do well with people. He prefers staying home on the weekends and staying away from parties. He has only one friend- and that's his older sister, who is now off to college, leaving Sam to spend his days at home with his mom and his painting. Until one day, his mother decides to transfer him to an all-boy boarding school, thinking that will force her son to socialize. But Sam didn't tell her that at his old school, he was being bullied. The broken arm she thought had occurred from falling was actually caused by bullies. Now in his new school, Sam learns that everyone has a club they belong to. Sam knows that no one will want to befriend the shy, introvert boy who spends his days drawing. But you can't stay alone in this school, which Sam comes to realise when the school's bullies pick him as their new target, and that makes Sam think that this is how he'll spend the rest of his two years in school. Until suddenly, the most secluded club decides to defend Sam and take him under their wings. No one is as surprised as Sam that the group of four scary boys wants to include the quiet boy in their club. But the most shocking thing is that the cold, feared boy named Ren starts showing Sam his soft and kind side no one ever got to see. Reuben was overweight in middle school, but went to a fat camp and boarding school for two years. Reuben was bullied and teased most of his life, because of his weight. He finally made the decision go to a fat camp. When he lost all his weight, he is like a new different person, people treat him differently and he looks differently too. He is little more sociable now since he is more confident. So when he goes to high school he is really scared, because he finds out that Carson, the main guy who used to torment him is Mr. Popular and his in mostly all his classes.
