She had a dark past there- She started school a year earlier than Harry and others because that's the system there. Snow Potter would visit Hogwarts every single year at the end of the year to get close with her brother and make friends but also to help with conflicts ( she was there to find Sirius Black, Sorcerer's Stone, etc. Btw, she went to school in the US(witchcraft) and it was slightly more advanced there so she knows more than Harry. Rose Weasley has always been the top of her class. She got it from her mum, the pure determination to soak in all the information that she learned because to her, there was nothing more interesting.
