Gravity Falls bred monsters are commonly sold in the underground market. It's most common for these creatures to be completely raised for their pelts or meat. Special breeds however are commonly sold as "toys" to those who can afford them. Pretty play things to look at and mess with as they please.

Tad Strange, the breeder in gravity falls, managed to breed a beautiful and rare creature. Dipper Pines (earning his first name due to a marking and his last due to his breeding line) a 13 year old cervitaur is finally old enough to be sold. Cervitaurs and Fauns are the rarest of the rare. Their blood is hard to breed. This means that young Dipper is one of the most valuable on the market. Only the richest can afford such a creature.
