In the aftermath of "The Phantom," life in the Outer Banks has changed, for Pogues and Kooks alike. Emotions are still running high after the death of Sheriff Peterkin and the disappearance of John B and Sarah Cameron. Questions remain unanswered, deaths unavenged, and gold unaccounted for. What does the future hold for the Pogues in the wake of the  life changing events that befell them?

I do not own any of the characters in this story. All rights go to Netflix and the creators of Outer Banks. I just really enjoyed the show, and this is my take on what could happen following the events of the season finale. Here's to bingeing  the show in one day.

No bodies were found which gives them the smallest sliver of hope. But hope of what? That their friends somehow survived that deadly storm? That their bodies are still floating around somewhere in the Pacific? There is no hope anymore. John B, their best friend, is dead. There's nothing more to it. He's dead and so is Sarah. Coming to terms with this has been one of the hardest and single most heartbreaking thing any of the pogues have had to deal with.
