"The Little Recruit" is a short story based on an Indian Army soldier who got captured by Pakistan Army on his first day of duty after he was sent with his unit to defend a village in Rajasthan near India-Pakistan border and how he manage to escape from the clutches of Pakistan Army with some little help.
All the events and the characters in the short story are fictional and doesn't refer to any real situation.
