after a deadly virus with a 15% survival rate broke loose, an already corrupt society started falling apart. In the eyes of the lower districts, the first district has it easy, and that may be true compared to them and majority of the population up there. this isn't true for Reina Price whose family runs all districts and acts as "top guys", she's not in agreement with how the sectors are now being run but what can she even do?
Michael Dolan part of the 4th sector, lowest sector of their society is in charge of watching over his younger brother, best friend, and best friends little sister. every decision he makes, he decides it based on how it will benefit those he looks over not himself. he blames the "top guys" in sector 1 for the dystopian waste land they live in now, will his blame be proven correct and justified or will he change his mind and point of view?

i decided to write this while being stuck at home in quarantine, because of our own real world pandemic. although the virus in this story shares a very similar name, it is not the same virus. i'm just not creative with virus names.
