Polar Opposites {Lucario and Zoroark}

A disease, causing many innocent Pokemon to run wild with dangerous symptoms, is spreading throughout multiple villages across the region.

The Polar Opposite disease; a disease which takes effect 3 months after being placed, causes the Pokemon to enter a state of being which reverses their personality entirely, making them the opposite of what they used to be and later killing the Pokemon with terrible heart failure.

Two villages are the victims of this disease, and they have made it their goal to be in war to find the cure to the disease first.

However, if both of the village's leaders are in love, how will they do what their citizens expect them to do?

Most importantly, what happens if they refuse to fight?
