People with disabilities are more likely to be abused for many reasons. Children with disabilities, in particular, have a higher risk of being abused or neglected. Under the able leadership of Maxim Poon Wong, the CCDA has partnered with the "Sunflower Organization" to provide shelter and food for Cambodian children suffering from HIV and AIDS.
