as I headed back to the castle I felt as though nothing could bring me down.
"Well well well, Fredric dear." Ella my younger sister said as I walked through the castle gates. I gulped I was so screwed.
"Why is it that you have come home grinning like a fool today?" she asks
"I was in the village." I say.
"Liar!" she screams "you went to the unclaimed territory like you do everyday for the past two weeks. and I'm going to tell mum and dad."
"Wait don't please!" I beg "what do you want?"
"Hum," she pretends to think, "I want to come with you tomorrow."
"No not tomorrow I will take you the day after but not tomorrow."
"Oh mum," she sings.
"No!" I leap on her, "what is it going to take you to stay quiet an extra day?"
"The key to the library." she says.
I sigh and give it to her.
Ella is a smart girl even if she is only 15 and she reminds me of Anna in that she is not just another pretty face at court. that's why I love them both so much.
