One of the firsts things that we learned in life is identifying the bad and the good.
Though accidentally tripping your younger sister over is unintentional, it is still a bad thing. Finishing the meal your mother made is considered a good thing. So I found myself pondering that we are living in a black and white world. Black is a symbol of bad whereas white is a universal symbol of good. And just like that, black and white are the first colors that we learned about in life. Apart from symbolizing black and white as bad and good respectively, some would symbolizes black as pain whilst white as joy.
But what about the other hues of colors?

I expected to continue this very life until I grow old, adopt ten dogs and then die. Clearly, life had other plans. One morning I'm going about my business as per usual, and then within a span of hours, I meet Jimin again after a whole seven years, get fired from my job and realise that I will be kicked out of my apartment. "Despite 7 million colors being visible to the human eye, and 48 of your color pencils available for you to use, why are you only using the black, white, and red ones?" I looked down and tried to think of the answer. I don't know, maybe because black is my dark days lacking you, white is all the emptiness I felt, and red... Is the color of my bleeding conscience. As I don't want to let him down, I kept those answers to myself. And all I said was "You want me to start using other colors too?" "As much as I want you to start opening your heart, to the fact that you have many other people who loves you and cares about you, and that it's not only me."
