The poem is called "Where are the Flowers?"
It's basically about if April showers came but unlike every other year the May flowers didn't bloom. It's a contest entry in Limerick style from a really good contest book that other poem books (January has Resolve, February is Subtle, March is Wordy, and April had Kindness) all came from. This one is (obviously) May is Moving, it is the newest one and is now closed! The book is in the authors note in the bottom of the story if you're interested in entering in the future!
P.S I might move all of these poems into one book after this one closes!All Rights Reserved

There once was a prince, who fell in love with a girl. But she wasn't a princess. She was the hand maiden of a nobleman's daughter, who had eyes for the young prince. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth.
