This is a fic I had an idea about at like 3 in the morning while I was extremely sleep deprived
Basically you have just gotten admitted to UA through a pro hero. Your quirk is the ability to know thoughts and emotions and to be able to project feelings that you have had onto someone else after you make eye contact with them.
