Feelings are the invisible threads that weave through every moment of our lives, shaping how we perceive the world and ourselves. They can be as simple as a fleeting smile sparked by joy, or as complex as the storm of jealousy and guilt that simmers beneath the surface. Often triggered by our thoughts, experiences, or even the smallest gesture, feelings ripple through our bodies, tightening muscles, quickening heartbeats, or sending shivers down our spines.
