Prologue: Millions of years ago, Shinnok, one of the Elder Gods, turned on his fellow deities and invaded the Earthrealm. Raiden, the protector of Earthrealm, along with the Elder Gods stopped Shinnok. Locked him up in his own amulet. Others followed in Shinnok's footsteps, like Outworld's emperor Shao Kahn, who was obsessed with conquering realms. So the Elder Gods began the Mortal Kombat tournaments as a way to even the odds... give Earthrealm a chance. For generations, Shao Kahn followed the Elder Gods' rules. But he had leave due to his promise to Scorpion and that leaves him with intrusting Kenshi to protect Earthrealm, protect othe and rebuild the Lin Kuei on his own. And with that Kenshi walks forward into the new era with these goals in mind. Though....this era is not rid of parasites however as demons roam Eathrealm preying on its inhabits. And its up To Kenshi Takahashi, The last of The Takahashi lIneage to stop them in their tracks
