Five years have passed since the destruction of the Empire. In its place, a new Republic has emerged. As Princess Leia Organa leads the galaxy into a new age of peace, Sabine Wren and Ahsoka Tano search for their old friend Ezra Bridger, so he can help rebuild the fallen Jedi Order.
As the scoure the far reaches of the galaxy for their lost comrade, little do they know of a power growing from the ashes of The Empire. One that could threaten to plunge the galaxy into a new galactic war.
However, a new source has led the duo to an uncharted sector in the outer rim, where a familiar smuggler has acquired a clue to Bridger's whereabouts....
