Shota is Shoto's twin sister and was sent to a quirk controling mental hopital-type facitity for years, so none of her siblings remember her. Izuka and Shota decided to enrol in U.A. and they become freinds with everyone. They go on extreme adventures together and tell eachother everything, well, almost everything. Izuka was keeping a huge secret from everyone. If she spills her secret, will it effect the relationship with her freinds or will they treat her the same way they did before?

Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
