After Loki attacks New York, he knows he must sneak away from Asgard before he is punished for his crimes. When Loki goes to sleep in his chambers one last time before his trial, he is awoken in the night and somehow thrown back to Midgard. Loki landed painfully on Sariah Caldwell's driveway. Sariah Caldwell is an amazing artist with unknown potential and a broken past that she keeps a secret. Sariah lets Loki stay at her house- only because she didn't want to cause a scene with the god and be arrested for being in cahoots with him when she really isn't.

Though she is very subordinate, he is determined to make her more than a just a servant to him. However, what Loki doesn't know is that he has finally met his match, and in more ways than one. He seems to think that Midgardians are below him, but what he doesn't seem to realize is that Midgardians come in all different types. There are humans, vampires, lycans, witches... Every mystical creature that was supposedly a myth is real, and his servant happens to be one of the oldest ones in existence. But even with her strength and her power, Seline cannot hide who she is when she feeds for the first time in Asgard. And, unfortunately, the blood of a certain mischevious god is some of the best blood that she has ever come across.
