War.

War never changes. That much is certain from the countless conflicts in human history, we are drawn to it and relish in it's art. The Azur Lane alliance broke off due to the inability to prevent conflict, there are those seeking war and power while the ones who remain conservative believe in the strength of unity.

In the midst of the Siren War, various anomalies were introduced to the world, these are aftereffects from Siren intervention and the mysterious shipgirls' appearance themselves; Ember and Ash. But, none of those anomalies would be as severe as this. The Commander for the Azur Lane coalition must face uncertainty, doubts and regrets to bring back the other factions together. Having regained communications with Northern Parliament, and the recent attack on the Panama Fortress, the next step would have to be striking key Siren facilities and dismantling their war capability.

However, the shipgirls would find either greater enemies or dependable allies that were brought into their world. Somewhere out there, beyond space and time; the possibility of other shipgirls like them, fighting the same war; against conflict. The Sirens brought war into the world, and thus the hymns of these girls would bring an end to the Siren's ambitions.

「This book is a crossover between Azur Lane, Kantai Collection and Arpeggio of Blue Steel. Most will not be canon except for the mention of certain operations in the event from the Azur Lane mobile game; The Defence of the Panama Fortress for instance. I will be integrating these ideas to make them plausible, so there will be no massive fleet of Fog warships suddenly taking over the world of Azur Lane or the Abyssals arriving there. The Sirens are a big enough threat to humanity, but there will be instances for them to bring reinforcements to stop Azur Lane's advances. Certain OCs belong to me, so if there's any similarities then I apologize. My story can be found in Fanfiction.net too.」

They pushed away humanity from the high seas. Humanity formed an alliance called Azur Lane. The alliance consisted of all the major countries that fought each other during the second world war. Azur Lane was able to repulse the Sirens and brought back peace in the planet. At this point all of the ship girls returned to their normal state. Some went back to the very waters where they were sunk. Others became ship museums. The ones turned into museums were considered the lucky ones. But not for Enterprise. Her scrapping is inevitable. The fight for her to be turned into a ship museum failed. And majority of her steel was used to build USS Enterprise (CVN-65). My first fanction in my Wattpad profile about Azur Lane... ...and it all starts in June 1942, when the Azur Lane's massive fleet is setting out in a decisive naval battle against the combined Sakura Empire and the Siren fleet; hellbent on trying to take the atoll of Midway, until they are caught in the Mirror Sea cast by Akagi. But during battle, an unknown mysterious figure suddenly caused things to go badly awry, and their dimension becomes extremely unstable... Sometime later.. one of these shipgirls, named USS Enterprise (Yorktown-class CV-6)... ends up in a very different place... The world that she sees is very different to her own, a different universe that takes place in the time when World War II have long been ended, and both factions; Eagle Union and Sakura Empire (or in this real-world version; United States and Japan) are now close allies... Question is... How well can she able to handle the modern, now-changed world, and can she find her way back home or would she be stuck here forever? ---- (A/N note: This story incorporates fictional and non-fictional aspects and elements and this first fanfic of mine is inspired by @Musashi311's story called Azrael. Be sure to read his story, its my favorite...) Warning: Mature story. Some strong verbal languages, like bad words or ethnic slurs, or any graphic content may appear.
