The story takes place throughout the years 2010 and 2012. When war sparks between mercenary groups, Balto gets caught in the crossfire and is captured. On the onset of everything else, Justin Sundstrom, Brendan Sundstrom and Clifford The Dog (as a big stuffed animal) go on the hunt for Balto and find a new enemy called "O". As "O" and his mercenaries spark tensions between waring organizations, the US, the Russians, and Justin's hometown, "Tidmouth Lafayette", when he captures the Russian Parliament. "O" would then reach out to Nome, Alaska, as a safe haven. Ever since 2010, Justin is still on the search as his only quest is to not just to save the world from WW3, but to also save is only friend, Balto.
