Tadashi Yamaguchi was a shy defend defenseless kid. Always bullied because of his freckles, scrawny stature and insecure nature. The one thing Yamaguchi is insecure about are his freckles. Ever since he was bullied he didn't like them.

Ever since Tsukishima helped Yamaguchi from those bullies he became clingy to the tall blonde. Always following him around, talking about whatever. His goal was to 'Be as cool as him'.

Now whenever Yamaguchi is talking and Tsukishima snaps and tells him to shut up or be quiet. Yamaguchi isn't affect by it, he just apologizes.

Growing up, Yamaguchi realized his feelings for Tsukishima but never thought about. As he knew Tsukishima would never love him. Or that's what he thought.
