A young police officer has been assigned to a case of manslaughter, a killer is on the loose who rips out his victim's organs. The case gets impossible to solve untill the officer's cousin, a psychic shows up in Manhattan for work and offers her help as she has been having some recurring dreams linked to the incident. The situation only worsens when numerous other cases show up and they have one disturbing thing in common.
