Abbey Martinez, experiencing hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which has no cure, living with medications all her life, and having her family by her side keeps her alive.

The two ladies who are living completely different lives met in an unexpected place. Upon spending time together and hanging out as total best friends, they began to be curious about their parent's odd behavior. Soon led to the discovery of a great untold story of the past.
