The Striking Tale of Mandy LaCrosse

Mandy LaCrosse is a 15 year old girl, with an out of the picture mother, and a father who goes too bed with five beers in his stomach. The last time she saw her mother she was being left at her father's house, and was given her cat Jonvian; at age four. Jonvian has stuck with her through thick and thin, rubbing her when she is sad, purring her to sleep, and even protecting her from her father in his drunken rages. Then 11 years later she meets Dillian a cute, seemingly polite, and best of all calm boy. She befrends him and falls for him, she finally thinks that something is going her way. When she confesses and he reacts in hate and disbelief, shattering Mandy's world. This is when Jonvian finds his voice.....
