Like all ThunderClan cats, Leopardkit desires to be the strongest and bravest in the forest. She hopes to even become her Clan's leader one day. The young she-kit plans to do whatever it takes to rise among the ranks. However, she soon discovers that the competition is vicious.
She is met with cruelty within her own camp. With a mother who despises her without reason and siblings that endlessly torment her, becoming the greatest warrior is proving to be a challenge. Especially when Leopardkit becomes bedridden in the medicine den after a mysterious tragedy.
ThunderClan is far different than it ever had been.
With the threat of rival Clans looming in the distance and ominous omens popping up everywhere she turns, Leopardpaw becomes tangled in the words of a prophecy given moons ago. As tensions rise not only across the borders, but within the walls of ThunderClan's camp itself, Leopardpaw is forced to make a heart-wrenching choice.
