Sometimes, children dislike to have a banana, but if it is prepared differently by converting it to a delicious dessert, children will preferably love to have it. The preparation is quite easy and time-saving. It is a sweet dish enriched with iron and vitamin. It can boost up the immune system of children.

PREPARATION TIME - 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME - 10 MINUTES
SERVE FOR - 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS
Banana - 4 (should be ripe but firm, do not use over ripe bananas)
White unsalted butter - 4 tsp
Sugar - 6 to 7 tbsp
Citric acid -1/4 tsp (this prevents the sugar from crystallizing)
Cinnamons powder - 1 tsp
Fresh and chopped nuts as per your choice like almonds, cashew nuts etc)
Fresh sweet cream - half cup
Rum - 6 tbsp
