Just hearing his name makes me want to ball up my fist and punch something ... preferably him, the legendary Jackson Tate. He's the arrogant college Quarterback and womanizer, and I want nothing to do with him ... that is, until my boss tells me I don't have a choice, and I'm assigned to report on him for the school paper.
Jackson is a million things at once, but he's still just a person hiding behind his precious football.

If there was ever a girl who could kill me with looks alone, it's Grace. The insecure, obstinate teacher's pet seems to always be around. I don't need her any more than she needs me, but the publicity is good, so hey, why not?
I never thought Grace would be one of the few people to take me seriously. She sees through my bullshit, and her blunt honesty is a breath of fresh air.
