The War on the land dwellers was brutal. So much so that the Goddess Hylia tore a piece of the Earth containing the remaining people and brought them into the sky to launch an attack upon her enemies on the surface: the Demon Tribe. The carnage was horrific, even though she succeeded and managed to seal away the root of all evil in the Sealeed Grounds.

Though the land below was forgotten from the cloud barrier barring the Skyloftian people's vision to the depths they now believe as a myth, many tend to forget a key detail for this War. How exactly had the King of the Demons brought about this harsh and bloody attack upon the innocent dwellers in the land before being jettisoned into the sky? How had he gained enough of this cause and momentum to even fathom betraying the trust of peace he had promised to Hylia, Farore, Din, and Nayru in the first place?

Hardly many know, except for one woman who fell into dark clutches. One who swore never to choose the side of villainy and having seemingly been the one to betray the trust of the great Goddess. One legend always leaves out its mentions, the Sky people believing her to have been a lie in the stories being told. Legendary never always tell you the truth.

Or in this case, the whole story.

"Princess!" he yelled after her. "Where are you going?" "Back to the castle," she replied without stopping. "Not by yourself you're not!" "I'm sorry,"-she whipped around-"I didn't realize you were my father?" "Your father, the king, would execute me for letting you travel by yourself." "Oh, so this is about self-preservation?" "Yes. Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. The surface was supposed to be safe again with Demise defeated, however, its anything but. In the shadows of the uninhabited land lurk rebel Sheikah, who call themselves the Dark Interlopers, who plot against Hylia's human reincarnation, Zelda, and her loyal hero, Link, in secret, building up power to take them both down. Around the same time, Link and Zelda come across a land parallel to the surface, a strange country called Termina, protected by the goddess Terminus. Link fights the Deity and defeats him, but he is wounded in the battle and filled with the demon's corruption himself. Once upon a time in a wonderous land called 'Elsinore', the few citizens left have just survived an massive attack by an evil necromancer that has been haunting them for decades. This assault was so destructive that the radiation has spread to a virus that destroys most living things. A small percentage were immune but only high powerful equals (and orcs) that knew some sort of extreme magic made it. Most are unaware that this event has happened even though it wiped out 98% of the world's population. The main character, Crow gets extremely lucky with power and turns into an crazy nutcase. This is his back up story and reasons why he turned out that way. This is a prequel to another story that will be out shortly after this one is completed. Keep in mind that I wrote some parts two years ago so this may be out of order. Also you can skip the first part, it is just character descriptions. I'll be editing the mistakes once it is completed Thank you and enjoy! (Also thank you so much for the 1000+ views! :D)
