The world in My Hero Academia has been flipped upside down when this disastrous event happened. 

With more reports of the incident, not just from Japan, but all over the world have reached a widespread epidemic. However, it has finally reached to it's breaking point and soon it became 'doomsday' all over the world.  
Inside the city, it was far from safe. People were either killed from the bites or from the riots. 

Ten years went by. The city's filled with blood thirsty zombies along with survivors who are just trying to get through it all one day at a time. Among many others inside the city was a 15 year old boy named Izuku Midoriya. 

In this AU, he will reach his breaking point and thought that all hope is lost, when he comes across a group of scouts who found him and brought him to the deep part of the forest where there are villages inside and away from the city. 

This AU will have most of the the characters from the show My Hero Academia and there will be some ships that I will include in the story, but before I can continue, I want to point out that I do not owe the show or the characters (other than a few of my OC's), I am just a fan who just wanted to write this AU for fun. But beware, this AU will be a bit graphic in details so you have been warned.All Rights Reserved

You wouldn't expect him to make money by doing street performances with a break dancing group, or winning bets with the many gangs in the neighborhood. You certainly wouldn't expect the hero-in-training to commit petty theft to provide for the four other poor families that live on his street. But it's all true. He lives in a poor neighborhood where no one has a decent job and there isn't a single hero, not even an underground one. The kids there have only been to the city once or twice, and none of them have parents. One girl does, and was left there willingly. They regularly have to fight off the vermin trying to take their food, and consider a single dollar a fortune. This is Izuku's home. and, if his teacher doesn't find out what's going on soon and save him, it may be his deathbed. However, when Izuku's dynamic reveals him to be an omega, he goes through a massive change inside of him because of his male gender and brings great physicalcal pain to him as well as mental. Something in Katsuki switches and is all over the boy to make sure he get's through the process without any incidents but one morning, but he snaps as he realizes that he's not himself ever since Izuku had turned into an Omega and things go south with thier building relationship. But Katsuki fixes it days later on Izukus Birthday ⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶⊶ These can be read out of order you'doud like. if doesn't really matter but 𝟏-2-3 is best when reading each arc. you don't even have to read all three of them! Anyway- With having to basically come out to their parents, as well as burdening the fact that even if they choose to be their original gender they will not only still be trans but also never be able to truly attain their original physique, the friends may just crack under the pressure. Oh yeah, and I guess there's that field trip looming, too. Ehh, not like *that's* gonna change anything... ~~~Warnings~~~ - TW: If you have bad body dysmorphia and maybe gender dysphoria, I would recommend looking for something else! This is liable to change but we'll see how it goes. - TW: Manga spoilers. They killed off so many people 😭 - It's heavily implied in canon that IzuOcha is the endgame ship so that'll be here too, no I don't ship it. (Or anything else for that matter) All ships going forward happen based on how I'm feeling and how it would reasonably work (or not work) within the context of the story.
