Fatal Attraction meets The Conjuring in this paranormal/slasher. Derek Marshall Peterson is a former doctor and recovering alcoholic, battling to make ends meet. Moments away from the bank seizing his home, he is bestowed upon him a will in testament, by his late and distant relation Albert Peterson, stating that he is to move into the house that once belonged to him for many years, if he does he will be rewarded handsomely in return.
Buried in financial ruins, Derek accepts it and moves into the abandoned old establishment, along with his wife and six-week-year-old daughter Holly. But strange and unsettling things begin to occur, the second they move in there - everything starts to take a turn for the worse and Derek is now framed for a murder, he did not commit.
Sinister and supernatural forces are seemingly at work.
What they don't know is this evil and dark entity in their newfound home is not after them, it just wants her husband Derek back.
