Izai, a young man from a small village, goes to the center of Meshir to find a better future for himself, but he runs into Sima, a sorcerer that is trying to kill a bear, but fails. Izai decides to help Sima, but this interaction changes the course of both of their lives, especially when Sima claims to be the old wizard's offspring.
