Deku was hanging out and fooling around with his friends, actually, around half of 1A and playing video games. Aizawa was watching them because recently they'd gotten way too out of hand. (And because of Plot convince.)
At that time, the league of villains was playing the exact same game. But for some reason the game malfunctioned.. but not in a usual way.
