Hajime, a supposedly normal boy, who had the misfortune of ending up in a killing game, must keep his one secret... being a mermaid. This only gets harder as nagito komaeda, grows closer and closer to hajime, and thus, closer and closer to finding out the one secret that could get him killed.... But who's to say nagito doesn't have secrets of his own?
I'm sorry, I wanted to write a mermaid AU, because boredom.

I do not own danganronpa or any of its characters. This is a sdr2 au. it's basically the same thing, if Nagito hadn't been the antagonist. By the way, I'm not trying to hate on Nagito's character with this or say that it would've been better this way. In fact, I really like Nagito's role in the story! I just thought it'd be a fun idea. Also, this means all the bad things that happened to Nagito just didn't happen. His luck will still be mentioned, but it's not a big thing in the story. Heres a new KokichiXShuichi story~ Tbh...this was supposed to be a different shipping, but I couldn't stop thinking about the idea of Kokichi, of all people, being the one unable to talk lol I hope you guys like this story~!
