Some Background After the legendary mocking bird, katniss everdeen took down the district, years later society started to build back up to the old society from when katniss was around, but as time when on, everyone grew older and older. now the snow family line take back in charge, Malaric Snow and his secret military, charge the districts, enforcing the old laws, a few months go by, and Malaric becomes president, then he decides to bring back the hunger games, but the 11 of the 12 districts dont want to watch it, so everychance they get, they dont watch.
