Wolf in the Big City

Daniel Joshua Anderson is a homicide detective in NYPD's First Precinct office in Tribeca. He lives his life in an apartment on 105 Hudson Street, alone. Formerly a patrol officer, he worked hard for four years and earned his promotion to Detective. He and his partner 'Eddie' Riggs have worked the Tribeca neighbourhood streets together for two years since. Recently he's been falling for his colleague, Evelyn Troy. Life is simple. Tough, demanding, but simple.

But his next case is anything but; an elderly couple found dead in their apartment, drained of blood and their internal organs liquefied. He and his team are stumped; no eyewitnesses, what evidence is present doesn't match any known databases and soon the trail goes cold.

With not much to go on, a cryptic clue from their coroner and a business card given to him by his partner will send the detective on a journey into a world he thought was only fiction. Shining a new light onto his once-normal life and bringing a new angle to a case he thought was impossible to solve.
