Des'Tai in the Elvin language refers to a course of action in one's life which will lead to greater harmony, or more commonly known by Humans as fate. Faye Abernacky is a shy and innocent bookworm from Earth who happens upon a mystical Orb that transports her to a world she could've only imagined in her wildest dreams.
