Instead of the peaceful reunion he'd expected, the girl woke up screaming. Writhing in agony. Decaying. With no memories, no personality, and barely enough awareness to know how to walk, Victoria was reduced to a mere shell. Now needing to tackle both the overbearing guilt of his mistakes and having to babysit the zombie-like husk of the girl he once loved, Zach refuses to give up on finding a way to fix her.
