I don't know why I took this job, I guess because I needed work and I qualified. Maybe I felt the need to help other people before it was too late. I had abandoned everything back home for this, so hopefully it'll be worth it.

Hotch this is a bad idea" Reid said following him through the prison. "It's the only option we have left, we both know this" the stern man spoke as they approached the door. "We can't just let her out and join the team- it took the FBI 2 years to track her down, what if she escapes? She's a murderer Hotch" Morgan spoke from the other side of him. "We always say that unsubs make the best profilers, she is proof of that" Hotch said as the doors slowly opened. "Hello again boys" Athena smiled from the other side of the metal desk she was chained to. Reid frowned as she winked at him. "Glad the black eye has healed; I was afraid I damaged your pretty little face forever" she said referring to the time they tried to catch her, and she beat Reid up pretty badly before escaping. Athena was the most dangerous type of unsub, she was smart and had all the skills to be a expect level profiler and she absolutely used that against the team when they were asked to track her down. A criminal minds fanfic, not based on any of the shows timeline but a mismatch of them to create its own. Thanks to the technical genius of Penelope Garcia, they quickly find out who Isabel Ashe really is, and finding her becomes less of a challenge. They prepared for how they were going to tell Isabel Ashe that she was wanted by the FBI for reasons they didn't know. What they didn't prepare for was finding the girl riddled with psychosis, among other things. Yet, they decide to take a chance with her when they see she has amazing control over her psychosis. Hello all, Excited for this story, I would first like to mention that while I am going to stick to the storyline as closely as I can, a few timeline discrepancies may accidentally occur. But the show is full of them, so nothing out of the ordinary. This is about Criminal Minds, so, you guessed it, there will be gory details. However, I won't be going too far into specifics. And I'm not interested in including too much work about cases, unless it relates to the progress of the story. Also, with the exception of long-term UnSubs (like Foyet), I will write original cases because I study psychology and personally prefer reading original cases rather than repeats of episodes I've watched before. Also, this is a bit of fun, there will be jokes and a few dark comments, please do not read if you don't like jokes about death or the such. After leaving the BAU without a word to anyone but Hotchner, Addy went back to the only home She'd ever known, Brookes memorial. Hospitals were for healing after all, weren't they? After spending a month recovering physically while wallowing in her mothers bed, Addy finally got back to work, saving people, the only thing she knew how to do in the hopes she could save herself. After three months of silence with the team, with Spencer, in the middle of surgery she looks up to see his face in the gallery watching. Deep down, knowing it's time she seeks him out to set the records straight, because what else can you do? "I swear I didn't know you were working here again. We uh, we had a case. I was looking for an Intern and I just thought I'd watch for a minute when I saw it was you." He put his head down barely looking at me, like he couldn't look at me. "You look like shit." I sighed watching his head perk a bit. "Thanks, I appreciate the observation." He was definitely being sarcastic. He just sounded off. "How's JJ? The baby okay?" His head shot up staring at me confused a moment before speaking. His entire body seemed to tense up. "Did Emily tell you about it?" I just shook my head. "No, JJ did. I'm happy for you two, really I am. If you're busy with a case I'll leave you alone, I just thought maybe we could talk." I put my head down going to turn away before I felt his hand on my arm. "Addy, I, I just don't understand, why didn't you just talk me?" I sighed taking his wrist in my hand and walking him silently to an on call room. Once the door was closed I watched him sit down on the chair hanging his head in his hands. "I was hurt Spencer, actually no, I was devastated." The BAU team gets called to Elroy, Wisconsin to investigate murders of five young people, three women and two men in their twenties, having nothing but their appereance in common. The thing disturbing to most of the team is the fact all the victims look similiar to someone they know. Hotch orders Reid to stay at the station because he's worried about te doctor. The unsub is one of the most difficult ones the team had to deal with so far, so after the team, excluding the young doctor, and most of the officers leave to arrest possible suspect, they find it was a fake call, they come back to devasted place, the officers that stayed behind all lying on the floor, not remembering anything that has happened since their colegues left, and of course everyone's worst fear came true, the unsub got Reid. Later two other bodies are found, one female and one male, neither of them being able to get identified, until the unsub is caught, when getting asked about the FBI agent's wherabouts only replies with "Thought you would find him by now" while having satisfied smirk on his face. No one can tell wheter the unsub is bluffing or not, and as much as the team wishes he was, while discovering the unsub's hideout they find some of his victims alive, their worst fear being confirmed.
