Shinsou Hitoshi formerly of class 1-C recently transfers to class 1-A (a dream come true for him) when he carries his bad reputation with him. Just when he thought his reputation couldn't get any worse, he gets himself into a horrifying predicament only making him the most hated student in all of UA, next to Mineta. 
Enter Denki Kaminari one of Class 1-A's popular students and has slept with almost everyone in UA.
