Golden, guns, and greedy glorification.

"We both needed to weather the bad in order to grow; Kind of like a sunflower" he says quietly under his breath, looking over in my direction.

I smile at his example, while we both stop and stare at the little sunflower which is being drawn to the sun behind us.

That's when I realized I had been the sunflower.

Feeling hopeless and broken trying to survive an endless amount of pouring rain. Trying to grow on my own until one day I wiped away my tears, and was finally able to see the sunshine that had unexpectedly creeped in, and helped me grow into who I am right here right now at this moment in time.

The sun, which was always there hidden behind the dark gloomy rain clouds, finally broke through, causing the sunflower to follow wherever the sun had went.

Although I never knew Harry was there, hiding behind the clouds, when he finally walked into my life, causing the sunshine to creep in, I had finally realized he was there to take me back to the light.

When I had thought to myself the only person who could ever bring me back to that light had been taken from my life forever.

"Yeah, kind of like sunflowers"

Harry once asked me what was the most painful thing I've endured in my life, I couldn't answer to him back then but, hearing his desperate plead for me to hold on I got my answer now. ¨Hold on please, darling.¨ And for the first time since knowing him I wanted to listen to him only now I physically couldn't but I forced myself for him, for my ray of sunshine, for my angel. It took everything in me to open my eyes but I mustered all my energy and weakly opened them to see my favorite shade of green staring back at me, and almost as a reflex ever so slowly my lips curled up at the sight of him. However, at the sight of me grief washed all over his face. I'm here but it's as if he was mourning me. I've never felt so helpless in my life, I wanted to assure him that this isn't his fault, I wish I had the strength to. ¨I'm sorry baby, I'll get us out of here.¨ Watery eyes and a determined face promised me and the only thing I could muster was a weak smile. And with that he turned to face our aggressor. ¨My house, my chair, my wife,¨ At the sound of the last word my heart literally skipped a beat and I swear my eyes almost budged off my face when a second ago I could barely keep them open. ¨You better kill me before I fucking get free, you're on borrowed time and I fucking swear I'll have the time of my life making you pay for what you're doing to my wife.¨ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's not the most ideal thing to be a mafia leader with two kids, and it surely isn't the most logical thing to fall in love with your enemy. -------------- A dark Harry fic with a little twist. Or maybe two.

*Currently Editing!!* "See? Isn't it beautiful?" she whispered, breaking the comfortable silence between us, her voice soft and full of awe. "Yeah." i whispered, my gaze still locked on her. "It really is." She looked at me, a puzzled expression on her face. "You're not even looking at the sunrise," I smiled, gently brushing my thumb over her cheek. "I know." • • • Emmalyn Ansley may seem like the epitome of sweetness and humor, but beneath her warm exterior lies a world of pain that no one sees-not even those closest to her. Despite her outward strength and fierce independence, the reality is far more complex, as her body bears the hidden scars of a life that has been anything but kind. On the other hand, Mateo Ellis is the embodiment of cold indifference. Hardened by a life devoid of love, he presents himself as a ruthless, self-serving young man who trusts no one beyond his tight-knit circle of friends. He's never known what it feels like to be loved, and he has no desire to change that. But when these two seemingly incompatible souls collide, the result is anything but predictable. Will their meeting lead to mutual destruction, or will it spark something neither of them has ever experienced-something that could change their lives forever? 🏅#1 in Mental Health 14.07.2024 🏅#1 in Abuse 15.10.2024 🏅#1 in Addiction 05.02.2025 🏅#1 in Trauma 15.10.2024 🏅#1 in Fighting 25.10.2024 🏅#1 in Panic attacks 15.10.2024 🏅#1 in Shooting 27.02.2025 🏅#1 in Sad story 02.06.2025 🏅#2 in Depression 06.11.2024 🏅#2 in Overprotective 06.11.2024 🏅#2 in Bad boy 05.02.2025 🏅#2 in Loss 05.03.2025 🏅#3 in Sunshine 09.10.2024

Accidently in love

9 parts Complete Mature

Hello dear people, here I am again. This is a new attempt to bring the chaos and ideas in my head to (digital) paper in a story about friendship, courage, and hope for true love. Trigger Warning: May contain traces of smut, coarse language, mentions of homophobia, illness, and death. --- **The Changing Seasons** Meeting you was like spring. Sun rays, the first green, and delicate blooms of a feeling I thought the snow and cold had buried. Getting to know you was like summer. I began to burn for you, more and more each day, each meeting like a mild evening by the lake that never wanted to end. Seeing you with her was like autumn. The strength that slowly but steadily leaves the leaves. The hope that crumbles and lies on the rain-wet ground. Losing you was like winter. Cold and icy, seemingly never-ending, swallowing every light. And when I thought I'd find joy in the snow masses, they turned into gray, slippery mud. Here comes spring again, hope blossoms anew, only to be torn apart once more.
