Following his family and the scooby gang around on the other side to keep abreast of what's going on as he waits for an opportunity to escape back to the land of the living is hellish for Kol. Unseen, unnoticed, unable to touch anything, eat, fuck, or enjoy a good feed is a nightmare for the man who thrives on attention and witty verbal sparring. He's pretty sure the feeling of being nothing is driving him mad. And then she walks in to the Mystic Grill. The woman is stunningly attractive, but Kol has seduced some of the greatest beauties in history so that's not what captures the spirit's full attention. No, what grabs his attention is the way those unnaturally green eyes are watching him.

The Wildest Mikaelson... The Happy Homicidal Maniac... The Willy Fox... The Worst of the Worst... All names used to describe the youngest Mikaelson brother. Throughout his long life, Kol fancied himself the black sheep of the family, believing that his siblings considered him more of a nuisance than a brother. When Kol woke up after being daggered a century, he couldn't wait to leave Mystic Falls and his siblings behind. What Kol hadn't expected was to find an annoying young woman living in his older brother's house; even less did he expect said woman to possess a magic so fascinating that he simply couldn't leave until he'd found out what hid behind those innocent blue eyes.
