These positions are constantly moving between the four, but they always seem to end up in the top 4 together and are recorgnised for doing so. But one thing sets them apart, their ranks. Bakugou is an omega, midoriya is an omega, kirishima is an alpha and so is todoroki. The omega control agency keeps tabs on heat season to see if alphas and omegas are doing their roll and reproducing as they are supposed to. If an omega hasn't mated in the space of 2 years, the agency sends them into a, what they call, compulsory resident. Or in other words, they stick them into a basic prison and tell them they have to stay there by law.
