Hawkins, Indiana was a place where nothing happened ever. Everyone was the same and any one who was different stuck out like a sore thumb. That was the case with (Y/N) (L/N). It seemed as if more people knew the rumors about them better than they know their actual story. (Y/N) was an outcast.
Steve Harrington was the exact opposite.
But all it took for them to become friends was algebra and a whole bunch of middle schoolers.
(I am going to try and make this as gender neutral as possible but it was based off of a rp that I did with a friend of mine)

This story is a Steve x oc fem. But at first it's mainly following the friendship of Eddie and the main girl. Steve is just mentioned at times. He becomes the leading man after the whole Vecna awfulness. I will make this into 3 parts; Part 1 Friends and enemies, Part 2 Death and destruction, Part 3 Heartbreak and Love Emma moves with her dad all the way from Sweden to Indiana in the United states. In the small town of Hawkins she's new to school and feels like a freak. She befriends the outgoing Eddie Munson and he becomes the best friend she could have ever dreamt of. She loves him like the brother she's never had. But seeing as something's weird in this small town she's dragged in to events leading to Eddie's death. Emma doesn't know how to deal with life anymore, how do you go on when your best friend in the whole world dies? Well, you could always fall in love with the one guy you swore you'd never ever be more than a hook-up to. The one who helps you cope with Eddie's horrible faith, because he's equally heartbroken over it. This takes place during and after the events of Vecna's curse.
