Modern day United States, and the world has fallen into chaos. Dimensions are shifting, causing radiation to leak into our own, infecting people all around. Certain concentrated areas are at higher risk than others, but it seems like nowhere is safe anymore, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

Vague, I know, but I wanted to throw something short and sweet up there. This is a story between some friends and I. We’ve all chosen our characters and are trying our best to maintain them. Also comment if you are interested in updates. Seriously. I’ll get lazy if I don’t think anyone is reading. No flaming me or my friends either. You’ll be blocked/deleted, so if you don’t like the story, do everyone a favor, and stop reading it.

Not The Last {Rough Draft}
~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that. That seems like an easy thing to start with. Now, let me add in some other details. I live in a zombie apocalypse. Yeah, that's about as enjoyable as I can make it seem. Now let me add in something else. I'm wanted by the CIA for reasons that I don't even know, but I guess I will find out eventually. Maybe somewhere within my story I will figure it out. I'm well known as The Bad Ass for reasons that are kind of obvious once you meet me. Maybe that's why they're after me? Because I'm a Bad Ass? Nope, I doubt that. Well anyways, the answers are out there. Along with the answers to my past. The answer to life even. Maybe it really is 42 but I don't think it would hurt to start looking at one. So here we go. [short action-thought scenes] In a post bio-nuclear war apocalypse, nothing remained the same. the radiation from the war sent rays that take infinite years to die out into our world de forming it, changing it, mutating it. All living creatures mutated even most of the humans, but no two had the same effect. the only humans that haven't mutated are those hiding under ground. We follow the story of Mado X a survivor who escaped his underground safe house which was last called "the quarantine" because of all the diseases that occurred when their self powering generator stopped working. He now roams the world in order to survive, but the radiation.. what did it do to him? will survival be easy? Becoming Them: A Zombie Novel
What would you do if one second you were struggling to survive with your friends and mother in tow, and then you wake up to find yourself with a group of strangers the next - all during the country's takeover of blood-thirsty zeds? Megan couldn't believe her eyes. Her brain was muddled with confusion she couldn't get rid of, no matter how many times those strangers reassured her and explained what happened. But she had to accept it, even though it didn't make any sense to her. Megan had been with her mother every step of the way since everything turned to chaos, beginning just a year before, and now she was nowhere to be seen. And on top of that, she had the zeds to deal with. Ghastly creatures that used to be human, carrying a virus that's spread through a constant hunger for flesh from the host, spreading through bites and scratches. It didn't exactly make it easy to prevent getting infected. Things could have been worse, though, Megan thought. She could've been left all alone to ponder over her thoughts and fear over the future. It'll only be within the time spent with the new group will she find out that everything's not as happy and welcoming as it had seemed. These people had a few secrets of their own, including the real reason they took Megan in. --So much on this earth is a miracle. But we fail to see them -- Two friends. One ceremony. One terrible accident. When Jade ended up with something life changing, she thought everything was over for her. And maybe it was. Someone can light a small flame of hope in everyone of us. But sometimes it turns into an inferno and burns us all. I had to write this for a school project and my friend said it was pretty good, so now I'm just "Jesus take the wheel" I got inspired by Disney's "Encanto", but the storyline and the characters are made by me. The poor guy just asked if he could help and I went all 'crazy psycho bitch' on his ass. I couldn't breath. I needed water. I needed air. Fuck why was is it so hot in here. Was it the fact that the moment his hand left my skin I felt an unbearable need to feel his touch again or was it hearing him ask if I needed help that made me feel helpless and broken once again.
